Activity 1

Work with a partner to explore two online resources and one multimedia resource appropriate to the grade level and content area you teach.  Fill in the information on the chart and be prepared to choose one to present to the class.


Activity 2

Work with a partner to practice searching in two different databases.  Fill in the information on the chart and be prepared to present to the class and explain which search method was more effective with the database you chose (or particular topic you chose) and why.


If time permits, do the same activity with a search engine such as Google or Bing.
