Parallel Lines and Skew Lines

Lines, Skew

      Parallel Lines are lines that lie on the same plane but do NOT touch.

      Perpendicular Lines are lines that lie on the same plane and intersect at 900

      Skew Lines are line that aren't even in the SAME plane

Identifying Angles Formed by Transversals

       Corresponding Angles:   mÐ1 and mÐ5

                                         mÐ4 and mÐ8

                                         mÐ2 and mÐ6

                                         mÐ3 and mÐ7

       Alternate Exterior Angles: mÐ1 and mÐ7
