Ask Us!

If you only remember one thing, remember that the librarians are here to help you.  We are experts in searching for information and are willing to help you with any project or assignment. If we don't know the answer, we will find someone that does!

For starters, you need to become familiar with the Mesa Public Schools Library Resource Center website it contains great databases, citation tools, video podacsts, etc. You will be able to find the answers to most of your questions there.

Book Borrowing

Visit the Circulation Desk for any questions or problems regarding book borrowing, fines, placing a book on hold, or renewals.

Students must show a current Mountain View Student ID in order to check out books.

Books may be borrowed for two weeks, limit five.

Reference books and encyclopedia are available for overnight check out only.

Students with over due books will not be allowed to borrow until overdue books are returned.

All materials are available for renewal, with one exception:  if the item is on hold for another student, it may not be renewed.

Lost books may be paid for at the Media Center or the Bookstore.

When a book that has been placed on hold becomes available we will send a notice to your 2nd. hour teacher.
