Vocational Rehabilitation

Vocational Rehabilitation is a federal program run by the state, an "employment agency" for people with a documented disability. VR has partnered with Mesa Public Schools to help students with a documented disability prepare for the world of work and eventually secure a job. Through the TSW (Transition from School to Work) program, students explore career interests, learn about the world of work, and learn and sharpen skills needed to be successful in the workplace.

VR Video

Here is a 7 minute video that explains a little bit about Vocational Rehabilitation Services.  The video uses real life stories and actual clients.  Several of the students are Mesa Public School graduates.
