1)      All corresponding angles are congruent

2)      All corresponding side are proportional

 

Similarity Statement: ABCD ~ EFGH

   

          

 

Theorem: If two polygons are similar, then the ratio of their perimeters is equal to the ratios of their corresponding side lengths.
